Conserving marine life in the face of climate change

The National Parks Association will hold a forum on marine issues at the Veranda Room in the Byron Cultural and Community Centre on Thursday 11 October between 5.30 pm and 8.30 pm.

The National Parks Association of NSW will present the expected impacts of climate change on NSW marine and estuary ecosystems and suggests ways that coastal communities can build resilience to minimise the threats to biodiversity.

When: 6 pm on Thursday 11 October
Where: : Veranda Room.The Byron Community and Cultural Centre 69 Johnson St, Byron Bay

NPA have developed an inspirational 7 year campaign plan for the NSW coastline including new marine protected areas between Tweed and Nambucca.
